Martell Webster is making his way to Minnesota after Timberwolves traded forward Ryan Gomes and the draft rights to Luke Babbitt for the 6-7 guard/forward from Portland Trail Blazers.The trade ends Webster's five-year run with the Blazers, who drafted him No. 6 overall in the 2005 draft. The small forward, who batted inconsistency throughout his career, averaged 9.4.
Webster is on the books for $10 million over the next two years and has a partially guaranteed contract in 2012-13. He immediately becomes Minnesota's best shooter
